Role of parents:

Since parents have conferred life on their children, they have the most solemn obligation to educate their offspring. Hence parents must be acknowledged as the first and foremost educators of their children.
Their role as educators is so decisive that scarcely anything can compensate for their failure in it. For it developes on parents to create a family atmosphere so animated with love and reverence for God and men that a well-rounded personal and social development will be fostered among the children.

  1. Fee Payment: Pay school fees before the 11th of each month, in cash or online. No tests/exams allowed if fees are not cleared.
  2. ID Card: School ID card must be worn at all times on school premises.
  3. Uniform: Students must wear neat and clean uniforms. Failing to do so leads to fines.
  4. Safety: Parents cannot enter the school without permission. Children should be dropped off safely.
  5. Books and Homework: Ensure your child carries necessary books and checks for notices daily.
  6. Mobile Number Changes: Inform the school in person for changes in contact details.
  7. Leave Application: Submit signed leave applications on the same or next day of absence; otherwise, a fine applies.
  8. Exam Absence: No retests allowed for missed exams. 75% attendance is mandatory.
  9. Participation: Attendance in co-curricular activities is mandatory. Absence without reason leads to disciplinary action.
  10. Gifts for Staff: Students may bring flowers or cards for staff, not expensive gifts.
  11. Bullying: Improper behavior, shouting, or abuse may result in suspension.
  12. Entry: Students entering school outside regular hours require prior permission.
  13. Books: Label books and notebooks with the child’s name.
  14. Daily Monitoring: Parents should monitor homework, attend PTMs, and provide suggestions to the school.
  15. Contact with Teachers: Parents can meet teachers on Saturdays after school hours or during PTMs.
  16. Half-Day Leave: Requires written application from parents.
  17. Prohibited Items: No jewelry, gadgets, unhealthy snacks, or large sums of money allowed.
  18. TC/Report Cards: Issued only after clearing all dues for the academic year. Parents should explain school rules to their children.
